Developing capability


We don’t do standard training – we bring it alive with graphics, stories, loads of interaction and most importantly of all your own previous experience.

Most of what we do is tailored for each client. We prefer to work with our clients to come up with ways of developing their people that takes into account their own context and what already works in their environment. The training we do is supplemented with our books, other people’s books, virtual summit interviews, our online learning environment and many other resources.

Training the Making Projects Work way

We cover all aspects of making projects work: leadership (without line authority), project management, business analysis, process modelling, making risk management work and facilitation (specifically getting the best from and with groups). We also teach people how to communicate visually via We deliver courses face-to-face and some have been adapted to work well virtually, using our online tools and virtual learning environment.
