'Dear Penny,

Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed your presentation at the BCS - not only for the lively and engaging manner in which it was delivered, but also for the very useful content.

I was inspired to try a different approach in order to get feedback from staff affected by a project I am working on.  By enabling anonymous feedback using post-it notes, I've finally broken through the wall of silence!

Many thanks,
Leila Cameroo, Senior Business Change Analyst
